Impossible to contact to get help with a problem
I need to deal with a change to my credit card, but you want to charge my card $2 to do so. My card does not work currently because charge of $64.95 by you. I did not realize the membership cost that much and at this point am so frustrated I just want the charge canceled

I’m trying to call 123 Cards and continue to get redirected to something else

I was charged for a year subscription of 49.95 and was told I’d be charged 4.95 for one month. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and want my account credited! I’m not paying 49.95 for one
Credit my account now for the unauthorized charge of 49.95. I am not subscribing to anything else, so credit my account.
Time for the BBB to be contacted, I guess. Geez...

Unplanned charge/ purchase.
Where did a $49 charge come from? I ordered one free birthday card, not an expensive long term service.
Answer your phone. You make it impossible for customers to contact you.

Was a good greeting card service, but had degenerated considerably.
About time I looked around for a better service, and advice my family and friends too!

You say I didn't finish my card but I did
I dont know whats the 123 e card Ap is doing I paid and sent an e card to my daughter in Joburg) for Mothers Day on Visa and completed the card
Now Im getting messages that I didnt complete my card and I must finish completing it and when I click on the message, it wont let me in so how can I finish? You are making me sick and so is 123 cards. Fix the so now my Mothers Day card is for tomorrow morning
Charge not authorised
I have not had an active account for several years then you charged one of my newer credit cards so feel this is a bad annual charge on your part. Please credit my account and forward email showing credit or I will have bank proceed with investigations and everyone I have referred to your company will be told if this issue encouraging them to close their accounts as well.

Couldnt cancel subscription. Phone number wouldnt go through. Had week to cancel and tried but company makes it difficult on line and Unable to contact by phone
