Access to receiving your cards has been blocked at your end not ours

our email address and our son's have been blocked from receiving your greeting cards. Neither of us authorized this although you have told us we did.. We would like to once again be able to receive your cards from our friends and relatives. My email address is kscheiwesr@***.com and my son's email address is kontijaro@***.com.. I was told by your customer service agent that this situation could be fixed, but that in order to do so, I would have to pay a stiff fee to correct your error.

What seemed to be a spam website

I sent a card through 123.com & it cost me quite a bit of money. It seems through my enquires, that is not the company that I should be dealing with.

User's recommendation: Check out the company before you deal with it. Once bitten, twice shy.

I can NOT log in. I liked using this card CO I do not know a Phone # to call

can't send card as tells me e-mail or password is not right so can't figure out what they want as tried it different ways.

I canceled my subscription 3 yrs ago. I do not intend to pay any fees that you sent with an email.

My name is Nancy Nowosielski. All you chat people just sent me a form,,which I won't pay as I canceled my subscription 3 yr ago. I will not pay for something I did not use.

WHY ARE YOU ADDVERSTING FREE?

your add says free adds and your website used to be so good, whats happened? is your company going under. i have reported this and advised my lawyer you are misleading pleople and should change it to NOT FREE???? will not be using you a again terrible customer service.

Extra payment taken

I sent an e card to my friend - because I couldn't go out because of Covid. I paid £2.99 for what I thought was one card, then this month I noticed £2.99 taken off my account, a small amount but very annoying. I went on their website and could find nowhere to cancel the payment. I am not very tech savvy so the mistake is probably mine things should be made clearer I was certain I had only ordered 1 card. The card itself was fine f a bit expensive.

Hi I would like to apologize. I made a mistake 123 cards were not at fault, so they owe me nothing, I managed to mix them up with a credit card I have also called 123. I am very sorry about this Thank you Susan Seaton

Querying charge on free 7 day offer

In December 2020 I sent an email cancelling a 7 day free offer after which I would pay £23.88 a year This amount has been charged to my bank Please refund this amount to my credit card. Thank you.

Unduly put on DND

I have been using 123 Greetings.com for many years to send and receive free e-cards. All of a sudden I am able to send free e-cards but was put on DND when people try to send me free e-cards. I tried contacting 123Greetings by phone at 212-202-**** but was informed it is the wrong number. This is all very disappointing. Can you help me solve my problem

i can send 123 ecards but when someone tries to send me a 123 ecard they receive a message that i am blocked from receiving 123 ecards. i have been using 123 Greetings for many years and don't know why this is happening.

I did not receive a notification if card was created or sent to the recipient

I'm already getting notifications from 123 greetings to my iPhone, but interesting that I'm not getting into the computer. I probably have it blocked on my computer, but I can't eliminate the error.
